I don’t know. It’s a broad mandate the commission has and he has republicans on it too. Not to mention you don’t get 51 votes in the senate to expand the court. Seems like he is going through the motions to placate some faction or another.
Saw a video on YouTube, where a guy was making pet crates out of 2x4's, 2x6's and rebar. The crates did double duty as end tables for smaller animals and tv tables for larger animals.
Might work for grandchildren. Would make a fun project.
